During the process of creating our latest signature home, we allowed our imaginations to run free and we are ecstatic to see our vision of a Modern-Rustic West Asheville home come to fruition.
Some of our favorite pieces of this home are the ones we hand-picked from local retailers, specifically the modern barn wood exterior from Faux Relic, the tile and marble from WNC tile and the many custom-made cabinets by Legacy Heartwood Studio – just to name a few.
Regardless of the time of day, a stunning light show can be seen in at least one of the spacious yet cozy rooms. Due to the many thoughtfully placed windows throughout this home the sunrise can be enjoyed from the master bedroom or the luxurious master shower. Additionally, the sunset can be seen from the guest room and shadows dance through the house as the sun moves across the sky.
Located within walking distance of everything West Asheville has to offer, this 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath is the perfect marriage between the rugged and the contemporary and we couldn’t be more in love.
